Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support the smooth operation of our office. The primary responsibility for this role is to **take accurate meeting minutes and actively follow up on action items with relevant departments or persons-in-charge (PICs)** discussed during meetings. This role is key to ensuring internal communication and project progress tracking.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of meeting agendas, attendance, and resolutions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Support office operations, supply management, and administrative tasks
- Liaise with departments to track project timelines, task updates, and deliverables
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
**Requirements**:
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in minute-taking and task tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred
- Mandarin speaker
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
