Your Role: Pet Groomer

We’re seeking a talented and caring Pet Groomer to bring joy and comfort to pets and their humans. You’ll groom customer pets and maintain our in-house animals in tip-top shape.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming experience.
- Full-Service Grooming: Bathing, brushing, trimming, ear cleaning, nail clipping, and coat care.
- Pet Care Education: Share grooming advice and hygiene tips with pet owners.
- In-House Pet Grooming: Ensure store pets are clean, comfortable, and healthy.
- Health Checks: Spot skin or coat issues and handle animals gently.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean grooming station and tools.
- Team Support: Assist with store operations and contribute to a positive vibe.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in pet grooming (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of pet handling and behavior.
- Passion for animals and genuine care for their well-being.
- Physically fit to lift and manage pets.
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays in a retail setting.
