**Director’s Driver Job Scope**

A **Director’s Driver** is responsible for providing safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the company's director or senior executives. The role often includes vehicle maintenance, security awareness, and occasional administrative duties. Below is a detailed job scope:
**1. Driving Responsibilities**
- Safely drive the Director or assigned executives to various destinations, including office, meetings, events, and personal appointments.
- Plan and select the best routes to avoid traffic delays.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all trips.
- Assist the Director in loading/unloading luggage or documents.

**2. Vehicle Maintenance & Care**
- Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Schedule routine servicing, oil changes, and necessary repairs.
- Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) at all times.
- Ensure the vehicle is fueled and always ready for use.
- Monitor road tax, insurance, and other necessary documentation renewal.

**3. Safety & Security**
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Remain alert to road conditions and potential security threats.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule and business matters.
- Ensure the safety of the Director and passengers at all times.

**4. Administrative & Personal Assistance**
- Run errands such as picking up/delivering documents, parcels, or personal items.
- Assist in making travel arrangements when required.
- Occasionally help with minor administrative or office-related tasks.
- Maintain a driving logbook (if required) to track mileage and expenses.

**5. Flexibility & Professionalism**
- Be available for early morning, late-night, weekend, or public holiday drives when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
- Respect privacy and discretion in all matters.

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a personal or corporate driver is preferred.
- Knowledge of city roads, traffic regulations, and alternative routes.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and well-disciplined.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7.26 - RM8.54 per hour
