Conveyancing Staff

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage full conveyancing processes, including Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, transfers, and related correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government agencies professionally.
- Ensure all documents are properly prepared, executed, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation for all conveyancing files.
- Monitor progress of each file and follow up on pending matters.
- Assist lawyers in preparing documents and reports when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- At least **3 years of working experience** in a conveyancing firm or legal environment.
- Able to manage tasks independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must possess own transport.
