Qualification : Diploma in Pharmacy and equivalent

Preference who has experience in Pharmacy retailing product.

Working Location : Shah Alam and Damansara

1. Assist to manage poison drugs inventory.

2. Issue Request Quotation & Purchase Order for all items in the outlet (both poison drugs and OTC etc).

3. Assist to monitor and remove expired and/or damaged drugs from inventory.

4. Assist to maintain proper poison drugs record for Poison B, Poison C and Pseudoephedrine.

5. To serve customers. Provide excellent customer service, advice and counselling to customers.

6. Assist the Pharmacist In charge to counsel customers on how and when to take their prescribed medications.

7. Conduct health and wellness screening such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood cholesterol etc.

8. Conduct monthly in-store promotions to generate sales for outlet.

9. Explore the option of doing booth sales at their premises surrounding areas in order to promote and generate sales for the outlet.

10. Ensure a safe and clean working environment for customers.

11. Attend to sales representatives.

12. Conduct random stock count on a weekly basis. Any discrepancies must be immediately informed to KPJ Healthshoppe HQ personnel.

13. Perform stock count on a quarterly basis.

14. Monitor stocks expiry dates and make arrange with suppliers for purchase return or exchange.

15. Monitor back order of stocks not received.

16. Responsible to register customers as members.

17. Ensure that all price revision price labels are updated accordingly.

19. Assist the Pharmacist incharge to oversee the overall maintenance of the outlet. To inform KPJHS HQ of any issues.

20. Perform other ad-hoc task when required by the Management.

21. Do survey of competitors price especially for fast moving items.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
