**Position Summary**: As a Retail Sales Advisor at Machines Sdn Bhd, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, assisting them in finding the right products and solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a memorable customer experience by providing expert product knowledge and excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment in the store.
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend suitable Apple products and accessories.
- Provide demonstrations of products, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Sales and Product Expertise**:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Apple products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements and preferences.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues related to products.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment efforts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding sales, exchanges, and refunds.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or technology products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and Apple products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
