Job Scopes & Responsibility
- Supervise, lead and monitor of Leaders and Machine Operators in daily manufacturing activities, discipline, safety & health, job performances & competencies.
- Plan and execute production run to achieve target and quality set.
- Prepare monthly production report to Manager
- Monitoring and update daily production report
- Delegate work and plan overtime to subordinate
- Counsels employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow
- To control and manage man power arrangement in production line
- Maintaining communication with employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
- Maintain and provide support to all 5S program

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as **Production Supervisor in Electrical & Electronics manufacturing background especially in Assembly and metal Stamping department.**
- Willing to work shift
- Experience in handling **metal Stamping & mould machine**
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Able to **communicate, read and write in English** and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in MS Excel or Word
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- **Willing to work in Klang, Bukit Raja**:

- **Able to work shift**:

- **Working 6 days (Mon-Sat)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
