- Ensure proper receiving and issuance of goods
- Upon receiving goods, conduct visual checks on cargo, ensure item, quantity, and labelling of cargo is tally with D/O content
- Report any abnormalities (torn or damaged goods) in cargo to Supervisor
- Perform acknowledgment of good receipt in accordance with D/O content
- Conduct tally checks to ensure outbound cargo tallies with D/O before loading to lorry or container
- Ensure finished goods are packed in accordance with shipping instructions
- Take picture of the container and post it to WhatsApp group upon completion on stuffing and unstuffing
- Work closely with customer service team to ensure cargo is picked and packed on time for transportation
- Perform good housekeeping at the warehouse
- Able to operate forklift and reach truck
- Perform cycle count and stock take
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
