Position: Mold Executive

Company Background: Concrete product supplier

Salary Package: RM4000-RM6000

Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong, 82010 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days - Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm) & Saturday (8.30am-12.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

- Report to the Assistant Operation Manager
- Ensures high quality mould constructions.
- Lead, organize, develop and motivate the mold team.
- To securing sustainable and high quality mold solutions.
- Evaluate molds and processes for continuous improvement.
- Technical training and development of mold team.
- Work closing with production team in new mould fabrication development issues.
- Maintaining and repairing existing tooling and molds.
- Control and minimize the material wastage during the mold fabrication.
- Support capacity planning of mould design by securing a short lead time and flexibility within the workforce.
- Involves in estimating mold materials and cost.
- Produce of mould drawing for mold fabrication.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above in mechanical/structural engineering.
- Completion of an accredited mold making apprenticeship program may be advantageous.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- precast industry & fabrication of steel moulds: 5 years (preferred)
