**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing recruitment processes to attract top talent and managing employee training programs to develop skills and enhance performance in line with company goals.

**Key Responsibilitie**:

- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Conduct job postings, screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with managers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for future needs.
- Ensure onboarding processes are smooth and engaging for new hires.
- Assess training needs and develop relevant training plans for employees.
- Organize and deliver training sessions (internal or external).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support performance management activities by aligning training and recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to HR team members.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Represent the Company on any assigned task by the HOD and dealing with government departments or agencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,829.55 - RM2,499.00 per month
