1. Personnel Arrangement and Training: Organize the team's production work according to the production plan, rationally arrange equipment, facilities, materials, and personnel to ensure balanced and orderly production, and complete production tasks on time, with quality, and in quantity. Responsible for the ideological education, job training, labor discipline, and safety education of team members.

2. Site Management: Responsible for the 5S management of the team's area of responsibility, ensuring that equipment, facilities, tools, and personnel are properly positioned, products are neatly displayed, the environment is clean, and logistics are smooth.

3. Process Specification Practice: Implement process discipline and procedures, strictly follow the requirements of process documents or work instructions, and prevent batch quality accidents.

4. Production Planning: Follow up and compile statistics on the implementation of the team's production plan daily, complete the daily production report, and report on the completion of production tasks.

5. MES System Implementation Supervision: Manage tooling, fixtures, and auxiliary materials, submit work orders, inspect and collect data, and report work according to requirements.

6. Talent Development: Cooperate with department heads to coordinate the development and output of reserve team leaders and multi-skilled workers.

- Work experience:
1. Applicants must have a diploma and two years of experience in the current position, or spm/stpm and three years of experience in the current position.

2. Internal promotion requires at least two years of experience at Level A4 (Deputy Team Leader).
