**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
1. Handling cash.

2. To ensure all cash movements are properly recorded and balance at all times and at the end of day before closing.

3. Ensure no cash shortage, excesses or posting errors.

4. Be responsible in ensuring all the transactions are in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering & Anti
- Terrorism Financing Act 2001, and under Section 3, Bank Negara Malaysia Guidelines.

5. Provide excellent customer service.

6. To assist customer to resolve his/her inquiries/complaints.

7. To brief the customers about the products and promotions and to convert new customers to loyal customers.

8. To be polite and give quick assistance to the customers who is over the phone.

10. Educate customer about remittance services.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Education minimum SPM

2. Experience or without experience is acceptable and training will be provided.

3. Have a knowledge in using computer.

- **~Salary will be based on the Education background and Working experience.**_

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
