QAqc Inspector

**Job Summary**:
The Junior QA/QC Inspector is responsible for assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures at the construction site. The role ensures that all works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. This position supports the QA/QC Engineer in conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily site inspections for civil, structural, and architectural works as directed by the QA/QC Engineer.
- Verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Assist in checking and recording incoming materials and verifying material certificates.
- Prepare inspection requests (IRs) and assist in coordination with client representatives for joint inspections.
- Report any non-conformances (NCRs) to the QA/QC Engineer and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, such as checklists, reports, and test records.
- Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) on site.
- Support in the preparation of quality reports and documentation for project handover.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and compliance with safety regulations on site.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of working experience in construction site QA/QC or site supervision (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and codes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic report preparation.
- Willing to work at project sites and adapt to construction schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
