Production Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training for new and current production staff, especially in cable and wire harness assembly.
- Teach hands-on skills such as soldering, crimping, connector installation, and inspection.
- Keep training materials and work instructions updated and relevant.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance to improve skills.
- Maintain training records and certification logs accurately.
- Support continuous improvement and cross-training efforts.
- Ensure all training follows company policies, ISO standards, and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cable/wire harness assembly.
- Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is an advantage.
- Experience in conducting technical or production training is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
