As a Service Crew/Scooper Member at Ollys Artisan Ice Cream, responsible for serving customers in an ice cream shop, ensuring a positive experience while providing high-quality service and delicious products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide menu information.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about flavors, toppings, and dietary options.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbet to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.
- Clean equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of ice cream and supplies.
- Help with restocking and organizing inventory as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong customer service skills.
- F&B experience preferred
- This role is ideal for friendly individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for ice cream

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From RM240.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 4 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
