**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals. Involves managing and integrating business-critical systems, leading the IT team, ensuring cybersecurity, and maintaining the overall health of network systems. Develop and execute technology plans, support digital transformation, and provide leadership in project management and systems optimization. The IT Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure technology solutions effectively meet organizational needs while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning and integration of ERP system, MES system, SCADA system, and data analysis management.
- Manage the infrastructure network system, SOC system, MSS system, and other construction and maintenance.
- Familiar with business processes of medium to large ERP systems.
- Experience in intelligent manufacturing related to MES system maintenance, familiarity with SCADA, PDA, and PLC is preferred.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of IT management experience, with a strong background in managing ERP, MES, SCADA, and other business-critical systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, network systems operations, and maintenance.
- Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Able to undergo training in China for at least 1-3 months (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
