**Job Description (JD)**
- Should be having more than 7 to 8 years of work experience in the banking industry and have more than 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a related field in any reputed organization.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Work closely with IT and Business Analysts to analyze and understand business requirements and translate functional specifications into technical specifications.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Accountable for validating the functional specifications and clarify the same to the development teams for creating technical specifications and Support User Acceptance Testing.
- Identify the data mappings between source and target.
- Engage business users to identify the data items in source system.
- Provide any dependency on data attributes between source systems.
- Identify any data conflicts and create lookup in case of transformation.
- Review data mapping with business SPC to secure sign off.
- Provides / reviews detailed functional and technical specifications and ETL documentations required in each phase of the SDLC and complies with internal standards and guidelines.

**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors**
- Business Analysis with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, BAE Netreveal 8.2.
- AML and KYC knowledge is good to have.
- Good Technical knowledge on Oracle PL / SQL will be an added advantage.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,944.89 - RM11,930.67 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
