**Personal Family Driver**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely and timely chauffeur the employer, family members, guests, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times
- Able to use navigation apps like Google Maps, Waze, GPS etc to determine the best travel route
- Perform dispatch duties including delivery and collection of office documents, pay bills, banking related matters
- Running errands for the family members
- Send company’s vehicle for regular maintenance and maintain road tax, vehicle engine and relevant services
- Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
- Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
- Maintain privacy & confidentiality of Director and family information at all times.
- Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.

**Working conditions**
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours (8.30am-5.30pm) i.e start work early and perform overtime duties in the evening/ weekends & public holidays as and when needed.
- Able to travel outstation and drive long distances.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to handle luxury vehicles
- Familiar of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur direction.
- Possess valid driving license and good driving record eg no traffic violation/ summons.
- Able to travel outstation and drive long distance.
- Responsible and punctual for pick up arrangement as assigned
- Good attendance
- Able to speak and write basic English.
- Do not have any previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offenses.
- Fit and healthy with good eyesight.
- Reliable and punctual. Proactive and able to work independently.
- Salary commensurate with qualification for the job.

**Education**
- Minimum SPM or certificate or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
