**Chargeman (Class A4) - Facilities & Building Maintenance**

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Class A4 Chargeman Certificate (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in facilities or building management.
- Basic communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work extra hours during major events or emergencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Execution**: Plan, prepare, and carry out work orders for both corrective and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- **Building Maintenance**: Oversee all electrical systems including low voltage, extra low voltage, lighting, earthing, generator, and other building services.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with all JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and Bomba safety regulations and requirements.
- **ST Registration**: Register and act as the building’s appointed electrical competent person with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- **System Efficiency**: Ensure the smooth operation of all electrical and mechanical installations including power distribution, HVAC, fire protection systems, and water supply.
- **Preventive Maintenance Monitoring**: Monitor preventive maintenance activities, checklists, and reports to ensure optimal performance and service reliability.
- **Service Provider Supervision**: Oversee external service providers such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and others, ensuring all work is carried out according to standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports for board meetings.
- **Safety & Security Compliance**: Ensure the overall safety and security of the building's mechanical and electrical systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
