**Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content, branding, and social media?**
We’re looking for a talented **Marketing & Content Creator** to join our team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to work across **three dynamic businesses** - a fast-growing BPO, a leading IT Managed Services Provider, and a values-driven HR consultancy.

You’ll be the voice behind our content, helping us engage audiences, strengthen our brands, and showcase the work we do to positively impact businesses in Malaysia and Australia.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create and manage **engaging content** (articles, posts, blogs, case studies) across HR, IT, and BPO industries.
- Drive our **social media presence** on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other channels.
- Assist in planning and executing **marketing campaigns** and promotions.
- Design and coordinate **branded collateral** (presentations, graphics, marketing packs).
- Support day-to-day **marketing administration** and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and BPO teams to ensure our content is on-brand and value-driven.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
- Strong writing skills in English (bonus points for Mandarin/Malay fluency).
- A creative eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different brands.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
