Staff Nurse

**Job description**

This role focuses on adhering to nursing procedures, monitoring and recording patients' vitals throughout dialysis sessions, and promptly reporting any changes in their condition to the Person-in-Charge (PIC). Key responsibilities include responding to emergencies, safeguarding patient confidentiality, providing nursing care as directed by the doctor, and ensuring compliance with patient safety standards and Ministry of Health regulations. The position also involves maintaining dialysis equipment, managing emergency situations, and carrying out tasks as assigned by management or superiors.

**Job Requirement**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Nursing / Diploma Sains Perubatan dan Kesihatan
- **Post Basic Training**: Certified Post Basic Renal Nursing (recognized by Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia and Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan )
- **Registration**: Valid registration with **Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)** / **Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia (LPP)**, with a valid **Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of working experience in dialysis or renal care
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written)
- Good clinical observation and documentation skills
- Ability to work under supervision and in a team setting
- Familiarity with dialysis protocols, infection control, and patient safety
- Basic computer literacy
