Requirement & Qualification: i. Minimum 1 '“ 2 years working experience in butchery/culinary ii. Dedicated, responsible and a good team player iii. Basic cutting skills iv. Possess food handling certificate & valid typhoid injection v. Good food and beverage (F & B) knowledge vi. Language needed: Malay and English vii. Possess own transport Job Scope: i. Received ordered meat supplies and ensure that correct quantity and quality has been delivered ii. Cut, trim and prepare meats according to Japanese specification or customer's orders iii. Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature iv. Ensure machinery all machinery and equipment to be in good condition and handle with care at all times v. Ensuring work areas are clean, sanitized and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards vi. Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls vii. Responsible of checking quality and quantity of meat since the beginning of receiving process Salary: i. Basic Salary: RM1,600.00 '“ RM1,800.00/month ii. EPF, SOCSO, EIS contribution iii. Over-time allowances iv. Annual leave v. Sick leave
