**Job Descriptions**:
1. Creating visual presentations using computer software to demonstrate design concepts.

2. Reviewing sketches and drawings by architects or designers for feasibility and functionality.

3. Creating floor plans, room layouts, board layouts and other designs using computer aided design (CAD) software, 3-D SketchUp and materials selection.

4. Analyzing client needs and preferences to determine project goals, objectives and design solutions.

5. Identifying the best materials for surfaces and furnishings based on price and availability.

6. Communicating with clients to obtain feedback about their preferences and needs.

7. Participating in design meetings with clients to discuss concepts and gather information about their preferences and needs.

8. Conducting research on design concepts in order to create functional designs that are appropriate for the client’s lifestyle and taste.

9. Presenting designs to clients for approval before moving forward with construction or production.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 1 year (preferred)
