Moulding Technician

1) Analyze and rectify problems encountered during operation
2) Manage production activities in the moulding environment to achieve department goals in the areas of productivity,cost expenses,production efficiency,machine utilization,downtime management and inventory control.
3) Manage and improve targeted quality,yield and cycle time of all injection moulding machine.
4) Responsible for the up keep and control of all auxiliary equipment and machinery in the production floor
5) Ensure the smooth running of production in the absence of the superior
6) Maintain sound housekeeping and safety practices
7) Liaise with moulding clerk so as to ensure that's all materials are properly controlled
8) Daily machine and mold maintenance
9) Change and set up mold for mass production or testing as per schedule
10) To Ensure quality of the final product and documentation in the section are met
11) Participate in analyze,definite,plan and perform to develop and improve products and production capacity to ensure maximum productivity meet customer requirement,cost reduction and safety
12) To deploy production manpower in the shop floor
13) Proposes superior on improvement to the injection molding machines
14) Trouble shooting of molding condition processes when ever necessary
15) To lead,educate and deliver training under his subordinates continually increase awareness on social compliance rules and regulation
16) Ensure implementation of Social Compliance requirement are follow to the down level
