**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **global sourcing strategies** to identify, select, and manage suppliers in various regions.
- Manage and optimize global logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products while minimizing transportation costs and supply chain disruptions.
- Coordinate the movement of goods internationally, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.
- Analyze global supply chain trends and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve delivery performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in global sourcing, procurement, and logistics to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in global sourcing, procurement, or logistics, with a focus on international supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies, procurement best practices, and logistics management.
- Proven ability to negotiate with international suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to achieve optimal terms.
- In-depth understanding of international shipping, import / export regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- **Strong communication in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia**, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with global suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
