**About this program**

Reporting into the Experian Global Infrastructure Services (‘EGIS’) Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible to provide support to the Purchasing Administrator in raising purchase orders for the wide Experian IT Services (‘EITS’) business, receipting goods and services, tracking invoices received, answering queries from the accounts payable department and closing purchase orders and calculating the GRNI accrual.

Other support activities in the scope are to help the Purchasing Administrator to ensure the effective administration of PCs and laptops throughout the APac organization with the guidance of the Service Delivery Director.

**What you’ll be doing**

Key duties (in support of the Purchasing Administrator role)
- Raising purchase requisitions for the APac EITS business unit
- Liaising with business partners and contacts to ensure purchase requisitions are raised accurately and in a timely manner
- Tracking receipt of goods
- Tracking invoices received
- Responding to queries from Accounts Payable
- Closing purchase orders once completed
- Calculating the goods received not invoiced accrual on a monthly basis for review by the finance business partners.
- Seeking to continuous improve the purchasing process
- Administer the laptop/desktop refresh programmed
- Review and raise capital expenditure approval requests
