Responsible for ensuring company facilities and complying with the Factories and Machineries Act 1967
- Responsible for ensuring company facilities and equipment to Undang-Undang Kecil Bangunan Seragam 1984
- Responsible to ensure company facilities and equiptnent comply to Fire Service Act 1988
- Maintain Budding, Offces, and Other according to DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, MA HB and other relevant code.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Of Offices and warehouse equipment and machineries for optimises and safe functioning.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
- Thorough knowledge of PTW, LOTO, Energy Saving Management, DOSH and other regulations and guidelines.
- Implement and execute daily inspection activities on building and equipment.
- Monitor and participate in upgrading works Of new Offices and workshop projects requirement design.
- Maintain building and Office LV Systems in compliance with the Suruhanjaya Tenaga and MAHB Code.
- Execute maintenance plans of electrical Wiring for well-functioning lighting, equipment and other electrical systems.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
- Implement and execute PM activities on building and Warehouse equipment including Cold room, MHS and MHE
- Identify and repair electrical problems with of testing devices
- Monitor and participate in upgrading works of new offices and workshop projects, which is in line with the requirements of design, schedule. and completion.
- Emergency maintenance support on call basis.
- To execute and mantain all FM ISO related checklist and manuals.
- Any Other task as required by FM Manager

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
