Entry Requirement:

- Manufacturing Specialist - Minimum 2 years working experienced in semiconductor environments.
- Senior Manufacturing Specialist - Minimum 3-4 years working experienced in Solar manufacturing
- Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to read/write and speak in English is required for this position.
- Able to perform 12 hour rotating shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge would be required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.

**Job Description**:

- Lead and supervise group of Cell Production Operators or sub-ordinate to meet the section objectives.
- Ensure safety standards are complied by sub-ordinates at all times and maintain good housekeeping in work area.
- To ensure operation SOP are complied by sub-ordinates at all times.
- Periodic check on product quality and monitor sub-ordinates’ performance.
- Assist in counseling, training and developing sub-ordinates.
- To promote good working relationship and cooperation with all areas and levels.
- Organize and administer daily manpower and replacement needs of staff such as leave etc.
- Responsible for continuous supply for supporting material and chemicals to Cell Production line.
- Periodic check quality, withdrawals and breakage level and feedback to subordinates and highlight to Manufacturing Engineer for abnormalities.
- Interface with other related department in the course of conducting daily assignment.
- To adhere to all quality, safety and environmental standards of the Company.
- Provide detailed pass-down to next incoming shift.
- To perform any related duty as required by the Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
