**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth running of all bar operations.
- Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the SOPs.
- Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure.
- Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required.
- Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.
- Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- A creative flair for inventing new drinks.
- Work till late night, weekends & Public Holidays.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
