_**Duties & responsibilities**_
- Preparing project budgets, reports and tenders
- Prepare project progress claim - Responsible for site measurement
- To coordinate with contractors and site personnel
- Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation
- Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control
- To provide material requirements and schedule
- **Skills & qualification**_
- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
