**About the Role**
At ClassPass we believe partnering with companies who share our values can help thousands of more people live active lives. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly-motivated Corporate Sales Associate to support our Corporate Team and to help grow our burgeoning corporate sales channel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, prospect and engage new small to medium corporate partners in ClassPass markets
- Continue developing understanding of HR/Benefits world and how ClassPass fits in
- Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential clients and share across the team
- Attend various industry events and conferences including hosting stands
- Achieve, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with the Corporate Account Management team to ensure the smooth onboarding of a corporate partner
- Maintaining daily KPIs and metrics
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent research, lead generation, written and oral communication skills.
- A natural problem solver with the hustle and drive to hit, or even better, exceed targets
- Strong relationship builder; comfortable and confident with a wide range of decision makers (internal and external)
- A natural negotiator with a passion for results
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to collaborate
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Right to work in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley)
- Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
