Junior Lecturer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions related to Early Childhood Education.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in accordance with MQA standards.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Participate in curriculum review, program development, and quality assurance activities.
- Supervise student projects, field work, and teaching practicum.
- Engage in continuous professional development and scholarly activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic and administrative tasks.
- Attend faculty meetings, seminars, and workshops as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. _(Master’s degree is an advantage.)_
- **Teaching Experience**: Minimum **1 year teaching experience**:

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education pedagogy and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about teaching and nurturing future educators.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiar with MQA standards and accreditation processes.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technologies.
- Ability to supervise final-year projects or internships.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
