**Role Summary**:
- We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Fiber Territory Champion. This role will primarily focus on generating leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and closing sales for fibre products and services through outbound sales efforts to assigned areas delegated by Managers. Individual will also need to demonstrate behavior’s to “WIN” flexing into support assignments to go outbound._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Effective communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our fibre
solutions to prospective customers.
- Deliver persuasive sales and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our fibre
products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategize and execute targeted
outbound sales campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the
telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build
rapport with prospects during outbound.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fibre optics and related technologies is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
