Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain high standards and ensuring only the best work is given
- Design and create visually appealing multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements for various digital platforms and channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, web development) to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging multimedia deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest multimedia design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of the work
- Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for multimedia content that effectively communicates the brand's messaging and enhances the user experience
- Ensure consistent branding, aesthetics, and and style across all multimedia assets produced
- Optimize multimedia files for efficient web/mobile performance and accessibility
- Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to refine designs
- Maintain organized project files and documentation

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects, including graphic design, video production, and animation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant multimedia software.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Additional Skills:

- 3D Design: Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya).
- Web Design: Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS.
- Photography: Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images for use in multimedia projects.
- UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
