Completes production plan by scheduling, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on production, ensure quantity & quality are in control manner.
- Manage and supervise a production team consisting of skilled operators to meet the department's output, quality and cycle time targets.
- Check with work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
- Implement coordination in the workflow with all leaders including the preparation and usage of packaging materials and carton follow proper procedures
- Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and continuous improvement
- Communicate handing/taking over duties/issues between shifts.
- Communicating and liaise with Management, Planning and Maintenance on daily production issues.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment & resources, chemical, sanitizer, maintaining compliance with established policies, procedures and FSSC 22K standards including personal hygiene.
- Check inner block expiry date, investigate and report all incidents.
- To do record or review packing/cleaning & sanitation/running table/seasoning & printing batch number.
- Monitor environmental cleaning. Willing to learn basic machine repair as when necessary
- Monitor workers on site during production activities to minimize machines downtime.
- Check record of wastage, rejected & on-hold product.
- Send all the records to QC for checking/verification. Meeting with operators twice a week.
- Operators' career development through coaching and on-the-job training.
- Create and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that instils teamwork, commitment and ownership in the team.
- Work to create a culture of learning and sharing of Best-Known Methods to simplify procedures and process flows.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager as and when is needed.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
