**Your core responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team in order to secure and/or manage a project
**Your day-to-day duties**:
- Generate costing lists by liaising with various suppliers in order to secure the best pricing
- Prepare competitive quotations in a timely manner in order to secure a project
- Manage delivery order to ensure clients receive their goods according to their appointed date, time, and location
- Attend all enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints from internal and external customers such as the sales team, the clients, the suppliers, or the distributors professionally and promptly
- Communicate with the support team and the Sales team frequently in order to ensure all tasks of a project progress as expected
**; Requirements: - Your skills that help you succeed**:
- Acquired at least 1 year of hands-on relevant experiences
- Experience in managing multiple tasks daily
- Managed daily tasks systematically
- Competent in utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good command in the English, Mandarin, Malay, and Cantonese language
**Good to have**:
- Acquired at least a Bachelor degree in the Business, Engineering, Entrepreneur, or Mechanical discipline
