**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and clinical expertise.
- Provide therapy services to patients with various speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphagia.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address speech and language difficulties.
- Monitor patients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies to support communication goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.**:

- **Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations** is preferred, including familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and intervention strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, family and other healthcare professionals.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
