Perform all maintenance duties assigned by superiors and complete on a timely basis (i.e. change light bulb, repairing toilet bowl struck, repair kitchen equipment).
- Carry out and record daily electrical, water, chiller and feedback to Maintenance Officer of any abnormality.
- List down the details of the job undertaken in the **COMPLAINT LOG BOOK**.
- To assist and ensure effectively the Preventive Maintenance Program schedule is to carry out promptly and are of the highest standard.
- Comply with the approved duty roster and undertake relief duties of staff on leave as directed.
- Assisting Maintenance Officer whenever guest is trap in the lift while waiting for the lift technician.
- To attend to other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Officer from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
