**Job Responsibility & Duties**:

- Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient / family.
- Document patient history, physical examination data, nursing care plan and interventions and the patient’s responses in the medical record in a timely manner in accordance with nursing standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills during all phases of the therapeutic relationship.
- Create a positive environment by listening and offering support and always maintaining confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Nursing**:Minimum 1 year of working experience** **as Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar setting**. Fresh graduates who graduated with Diploma in Nursing is encouraged to apply.
- Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Preferably staff nurse from different specialties (OT/ Radiology/ Oncology/ Ward/ Emergency Department/ Endoscopy/ ICU)
- Full-time position
