**Job Brief**:
As the Finance Operation Lead, you are usually responsible for leading the finance/accounting function and team. You will provide the direction and oversight of ensure overall operational efficiency of the account payable and account receivable sections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily cash flow projection as well as preparing weekly forecast.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Review PIAM submission reports and ensure all the reports are meet within the timelines.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
- To monitor and ensure effective internal controls. Maintain and review all Finance operational policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- To monitor monthly bank reconciliations preparation and the clearing of outstanding items.
- To assist monthly end journal entries payment and e-collection targets set by the company.
- Manage month end and year-end closure procedures
- Involve in any ad hoc projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Strong background and work in Finance preferably working experience with SAP Hana System
- Preferably Manager specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
