**Requirements:

**Sales Associate (Aquatic)**
- Enthusiasm for aquascaping and aquatic pets.
- Basic knowledge of aquarium systems and fish/plant care.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Friendly, responsible, and good communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate in 2 or more local languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).
- Prior experience in aquatics or retail is a plus, but not required.

**OR**

**Sales Associate (Retail)**
- Willing to work afternoon shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during festive seasons.
- Able to speak and understand **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- **Previous sales or retail experience** is a plus.
- Comfortable handling animals of all kinds, including **dogs**, and committed to their welfare.
- Willing to perform cleaning duties, including **cleaning cages, handling waste**, and working in smelly/dirty environments.
- Physically fit to **lift and carry heavy items** (e.g., animal cages, large pet food bags).
- Friendly, responsible, and passionate about pets and customer service.

**OR**

**Sales Associate (Petting Zoo)**
- Working experience in the sales industry.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin and other language is a plus)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer service focus.
- Confident, adaptability, teamwork, helpful and engaging personality.

**Responsibility: -**

**Sales Associate (Aquatic)**
- Maintain daily care of aquarium livestock and display tanks.
- Create and manage aquascapes that are visually appealing and sustainable.
- Guide customers in fish care, aquascaping techniques, and product recommendations.
- Actively approach customers to promote and sell aquarium products, livestock, and related services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
- Monitor and report on livestock health.
- Operate POS system and manage product restocking.
- Unpack and handle new livestock and inventory.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and participate in upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Support store cleanliness, promotions, and events

**OR**

**Sales Associate (Retail)**
- Engage with customers, assist with product selection and purchases, and perform cashiering duties (handling payments).
- Actively promote pet care products and services to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist and educate customers during interactions with animals (e.g., cats, dogs, small pets).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store — including sales floor, backroom, and animal enclosures.
- Feed, handle, and care for animals including**:Cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, reptiles, insects, and fish**:

- Monitor and maintain animal welfare — ensure proper temperature, hygiene, and living conditions.
- Unpack, label, and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Create and manage simple content for **social media platforms** (product highlights, store updates, etc.)

**OR**

**Sales Associate (Petting Zoo)**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
- Accurately describe our petting zoo annual pass and ongoing promotion packages to our customers.
- Keep up to date with our promotion and any other collaboration information.
- Recommend and upsell petting zoo annual pass or any other promotion to our customers.
- Do social media posting or live during free time to promote our petting zoo or any other content related to our company.
- Basic sales closing and cashiering skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
