**Skop Kerja Content Creator Umira**

**1. Perancangan Kandungan (Content Planning)**

Merancang kalendar kandungan mingguan/bulanan untuk semua platform media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dll).

Menyusun strategi konten mengikut kempen promosi (contoh: bulan puasa, pembukaan kiosk baru, menu baru).

Mencadangkan idea kandungan yang menarik komen, like share, mengikut trend dan sesuai dengan jenama Umira.

**2. Penciptaan Kandungan (Content Creation)**

Merakam gambar & video makanan, proses memasak, pelanggan, behind-the-scenes, testimoni dan suasana kedai.

Mengedit gambar & video supaya nampak profesional dan menarik.

Menulis kapsyen yang padat, mesra dan mempunyai elemen storytelling atau call-to-action.

**3. Pengurusan Media Sosial (Social Media Management)**

Menjadual & memuat naik posting mengikut waktu yang sesuai untuk capaian maksimum.

Membalas komen & DM pelanggan secara sopan dan cepat (jika termasuk dalam tugas).

Membuat IG Story, TikTok live atau FB Live untuk promosi dan engagement harian/mingguan.

**4. Pemantauan Prestasi & Laporan**

Memantau prestasi posting melalui insights/analytics (engagement, reach, view, like, share).

Menyediakan laporan ringkas bulanan untuk menunjukkan perkembangan dan cadangan penambahbaikan.

**5. Kolaborasi & Kempen**

Mencadangkan kolaborasi dengan influencer atau food reviewer.

Menyokong kempen seperti soft launch, diskaun hari tertentu, atau pertandingan media sosial.

**6. Konsisten dengan Identiti Jenama**

Memastikan semua kandungan konsisten dari segi tone, warna, gaya dan mesej dengan jenama Umira.

Menjaga imej jenama supaya sentiasa mesra pelanggan, bersih dan menyelerakan.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
