**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and meet with potential clients to promote our security services and secure new projects.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities to inform strategy.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Project Proposals**: Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- **Daily Targets**: Meet daily and weekly site visit targets 10 client visits per day.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on client meetings, feedback, and project status to the management team.
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions for networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Public Relation ,Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the security or service industry.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight deadlines.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the physical security industry is a plus.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Malay and English.
