Role & Responsibilities
- Maintenance and support of existing hardware, software, and equipment, and its associated information system infrastructure.
- Provide day to day IT support to troubleshoot and resolve any network & IT system issue. Hardware, software and system upkeep, etc.
- Onsite and remote diagnostic on the problem or incident reported by client
- Support Office365 & Sharepoint
- Support Server & VM
- Network functionality support and monitoring
- Ensure both hardware and software part is being maintained and upkeep to ensure 24/7 safe and reliable service available.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate

- Able to support window base endpoint, hardware or software
- Knowledge in Server, VM host/guest, provisioning VM (Vmware Exsi/HyperV) is a must have
- Knowledge in azureAD, O365, Sharepoint is added advantage
- Able to configure, support, maintain and testing networking hardware & software is an added advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent English and local language
Required qualification / experience
- Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Year working experience in related field
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
