**Job Description**:
As a Transport Coordinator
- you are working with SEA regional transport operation manager to manage all transport flows for the market including inbound from port to DC, outbound, moves, as well as online returns. Ensures the market transport service levels and cost for B2B and B2C, resolves issues, manages market transport partners including contract negotiation. You are passionate about sustainability and help to drive local initiatives.

You closely cooperate with DC teams and sales teams to drive and improve both online and retail transportation to achieve the best outcome for the H&M customer foremost.
- Responsible for the day-to-day transport operations with focus on the transport coordination between H&M and contracted carriers
- Daily transport operations with related truck bookings, arrival and departure timing, increase/decrease of order trucks, swap body pool management etc
- Execute on set actions regarding deviations from internal transport KPIs
- Member of the tender team with responsibility for arranging, sending and collecting all RFP documents
- Monitoring filling grade, loading and unloading efficiency, returns handling, loading units, etc. in close relation with all connected stakeholders and Transport Operations Specialists.
- Participating in quarterly carrier meetings together with regional transport operation manager to address accumulated operational issues
- Proactive inbound/outbound delivery planning in close cooperation with wave planner, Transport Operations Specialist, DC inbound/outbound departments and carriers.
- Responsible for all operational Appendixes in the RFP process to ensure doability with all related departments
- Carrier relations with structured follow up meetings together with the carrier’s operational departments and teams to secure the short
- and long term KPIs
- Evaluating the answers in the RFP responses regarding operation and securing that the local needs and requirements are met

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in the role we believe you have**:

- Deep expertise in operational transport processes to serve online and stores
- Strong understanding of business needs from sales side for online and stores
- Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in transport operations to serve brand needs
- Pronounced transport focus and commercial sense to best serve requirements
- You are fluent in English both written and verbal

Additional Information

This is a **full-time** position within Logistics Region APAC. You will become a part of the Logistic Region APAC team and report directly to SEA Regional Transport Operation Manager.
