We are looking for a **TikTok Admin** to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage back-end operations, create engaging content, and drive social media engagement. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Back-End Management**:

- Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on **TikTok Shop**.
- Ensure all product details are **accurate and updated**.
- Monitor orders, process returns, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Track and resolve **customer inquiries or complaints** efficiently.

**Content Creation & Social Media Engagement**:

- Develop and upload **videos, banners, and promotional content** for TikTok.
- Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and **drive audience engagement**.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor trends and implement strategies to increase **TikTok engagement and social media growth**.
- **Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an interactive online community**.
- **Use video editing software such as CapCut and other tools to enhance content quality**.
- **Create content specifically optimized for TikTok to maximize reach and engagement**.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track **sales performance, engagement metrics, and inventory levels**.
- Provide reports and insights to improve overall store and social media performance.

**Requirements**:
Experience in managing **e-commerce platforms** (TikTok Shop, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of **social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies**.
Ability to create compelling and interactive content for TikTok.
**Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or similar software.**
**At least 2-3 previous job experiences in a relevant field.**
**Professional appearance, trustworthy, honest, and able to work well in a team.**
