Operations Coordinator Job Description

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Pinnacle Dental Group Full time

To submit orders to supplier base on our patient requirement.
- To explain all the issues related with the aligners and guide the front desk properly.
- To send and arrange aligner delivery for patients.
- To follow up regarding aligners batches with the suppliers.
- To arrange and send MySenyum cases.
- To prepare patient aligners in advance.
- To quality control aligners, labelling aligners, and packaging.
- To update the inventory list monthly and to be send to finance department.
- To work closely with doctors to order aligners from suppliers.
- To follow up on doctor’s enquiries regarding patients’ aligners.
- To update patient progress list on daily basis.
- Work closely with superior to fulfil all customer and stakeholder needs
- Other work related to the job assigned by the superior

**; Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
