**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving system issues while providing top-notch end-user support.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and tackle technical challenges with finesse.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to work at our Senai, Johor location.
- Providing first-level support to end users, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Scheduling and conducting end-user training sessions to ensure a proficient and confident user base.
- Executing month-end and year-end inventory system freeze activities to guarantee data accuracy and system stability.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system issues, resolutions, and support procedures for future reference.
