Farm Supervisor

**Job Description and Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Aqua Culture or related field.
- Assist Farm Manager in the supervision of work in the Plantation / Fish Farm.
- Conduct routine farm operation activities - work distribution, worker distribution, worker logistics.
- Capable of arranging or monitoring worker and fish
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill

**Job Scope**
- Closely monitor all farm operations
- Monitor harvesting of oil palm and other crops
- Analysing financial documents and recommending improvements
- Preparing plans and schedules for culturing and harvesting and ensuring staff understands expectations
- Ensuring feed, biochemical products and other supplies are regularly restocked
- Ensuring the security of stocks
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment and machinery
- Handling the marketing and sale of prawns. Ensuring good harvest techniques

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
