To develop engaging content and host interactive live sessions to promote Proton vehicles, boost showroom visibility, and enhance the company's online presence. This role combines creativity with charisma—perfect for someone who loves content creation and interacting with audiences in real time.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Plan, script, and produce creative video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging posts and visual content to promote Proton models, promotions, customer testimonials, and showroom activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop ideas that align with current campaigns.
- Edit videos with captions, graphics, and sound for professional and appealing delivery.
- Stay updated on digital trends and propose fresh, relevant content ideas.

**Live Hosting**
- Host regular live sessions (e.g. Facebook Live, TikTok Live) to showcase Proton vehicles, answer viewer questions, and engage audiences.
- Plan and promote live sessions in advance to maximize reach and participation.
- Maintain energy and professionalism during live sessions to create an engaging experience for viewers.
- Collect and analyze viewer feedback, engagement metrics, and conversion results from live sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media, or hosting is an advantage.
- Skilled in using editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
- Good understanding of current trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends or during campaigns/events when needed.
- Basic understanding of Proton vehicles and features is a plus (training will be provided).
